Do you know what £66million looks like?
Well, apparently, it’s tall, dark, handsome and Brazilian, if you ask Jurgen Klopp, anyway.
Liverpool’s new goalkeeper Alisson might not be the most expensive keeper in the world (he held that record for roughly four weeks, before Chelsea paid out for Kepa Arrizabalaga) but he’s certainly the most outrageous, and we reckon Klopp and the Liverpool fans absolutely love him.

Clean-sheets in his first two Premier League matches – against West Ham and Crystal Palace – will certainly fill him with confidence, and it showed in today’s home clash against Brighton.
Although the Reds didn’t look overly convincing against Chris Hughton’s side – requiring a first-half defensive error to score what turned out to be the decisive goal – they did manage to go yet another game without conceding.
In fact, Alisson has had such little to do in his first few games in England, that it seems he’s finding other ways to keep himself occupied.
On the 67th minute, Brighton had a slight chance to equalise when Virgil van Dijk hit his backpass to the goalkeeper a little short.
Anthony Knockaert, who put the Dutchman under pressure, then raced onto the ball in an attempt to get there ahead of Alisson.
But the goalie had things well under control, calming touching the ball before outrageously chipping it clean over the Frenchman and back in possession to his centre-back.
Van Dijk picks out his goalie But the backpass isn’t particularly powerful and allows Knockaert a chance to get on the end of it Alisson beats him to it and outrageously chips the ball over the top of him EasyIt’s quite hard to tell from the first shot, but in the replay you can clearly see he 100% meant to do what he did.
The Anfield crowd absolutely loved it. And so did we.
